How soon will you ship my order?
When your order is received before 6:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, it will normally ship the following business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, MST, or on the weekends, will normally ship within two business days.

How long before my order arrives?
The following are approximate delivery times from the ship date:
First Class Mail – 3 to 8 business days
Priority Mail – 2 to 4 business days
Express Mail – 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Information – International

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you. However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US dollars) in advance, and charge $20.00 (US) for shipping and handling.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $20.00 (US). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs $25.00 (US). Courier Delivery is available for some countries and costs $35.00 to $45.00 (US).

How long before my order arrives?
Most international orders are delivered in 10 days.

Will I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for the charge should one be imposed.
